Continental is hiring an OCS Route Support Merchandiser to provide route coverage, operational support, delivery and inventory management, machine setup and cleanliness, training support, customer issue resolution, and general field and in-house support for its office coffee service operations. The role requires hands-on route support, strong customer service and communication skills, comfort with computers and inventory systems, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to meet DOT and background/driving requirements.
