Micron Technology is hiring a CMP Process/Equipment Senior Engineer to lead and collaborate with global teams on CMP process and equipment improvements. The role focuses on developing best practices, supporting high-volume manufacturing sites, partnering with suppliers, prioritizing projects, and advancing cost, scale, quality, yield, safety, productivity, and process-efficiency initiatives. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least five years of experience as a CMP Process/Equipment Senior Engineer, with preferred qualifications including supplier collaboration, non-standard-hour support, travel, and experience with Agentic AI workflows.
