Description
Empower Manufacturing is hiring an OD Grinder Operator to set up and operate CNC and/or manual OD grinders, interpret customer drawings and specifications, inspect workpieces with micrometers, gauges, and dial indicators, dress grinding wheels, and maintain precise runout and diameter specifications. The role requires proven manual OD grinder experience, accurate print-reading ability, proficiency with measurement tools, and the ability to lift materials regularly. The schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, from 4:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., with optional weekend overtime, and pays $20 to $30 per hour depending on experience.
