Fairphone is hiring an ODM Program Manager for Audio Devices to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of audio hardware development with Original Design Manufacturers. The role leads program planning, ODM deliverables, timelines, prototypes, testing, validation, ramp-up, risk resolution, compliance, certification, and post-launch support while coordinating with internal engineering and QA teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, 10+ years of consumer electronics or mobile industry experience focused on ODM management, strong English and Mandarin skills, and experience with hardware development programs, overseas ODMs, and product validation.
