Awtad Al-Akaria Company is hiring an ODOO Developer Technical Lead to guide the company’s ERP and wider IT direction. The role manages and coordinates the IT department and projects, leads cross-functional technology initiatives, designs ERP solutions, troubleshoots business applications, and manages IT teams and external vendors. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of Odoo development and technical leadership experience, strong Python and PostgreSQL skills, and expertise in Odoo module customization.
