Description
CTL Engineering is hiring ODOT prequalified asphalt inspectors for roadway and bridge construction projects, initially the large I-90 project in Cuyahoga County. The role involves construction administration, quality-control and asphalt testing, blueprint review, contractor compliance monitoring, project reporting, and coordination with agencies and project engineers. It is based in the greater Cleveland and Northeast Ohio region, requires frequent night shifts and travel, and offers mileage reimbursement or a company vehicle. Candidates need ODOT-funded construction inspection experience, extensive asphalt inspection and testing experience, a valid driver license, and an acceptable driving record; ODOT prequalified Asphalt Inspector II status is preferred but not required.
