Pathward is hiring an OFAC Sanctions Screening Analyst II to serve as the primary escalation point for complex OFAC sanctions alerts and high-risk cases. The role involves advanced investigations, enhanced due diligence, false-positive and true-positive determinations, blocked-property reporting, sanctions program monitoring, and guidance to junior analysts. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least three years of OFAC sanctions compliance or screening experience, and banking or financial services experience; CAMS or CGSS certification is preferred. The position is hybrid and remote-office, with onsite locations in Sioux Falls, Phoenix, Louisville, Troy, Franklin, and Easton, and a salary range of $50,000 to $84,000.
