Winthrop Technologies Ltd. is seeking an experienced OFCI (Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed) Project Manager for a major data centre project in Dublin 15, Ireland. The role leads the delivery, coordination, engineering, scheduling, installation, commissioning support, quality oversight, and stakeholder management of client-supplied electrical equipment, serving as the key interface among the client, project stakeholders, and OFCI vendors. Candidates need at least 8 years of experience with an M&E contractor, qualification as an electrical engineer or similar, large-scale project experience, engineering systems software proficiency, and strong negotiation, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
