Description
Winthrop Technologies Ltd. is seeking an experienced OFCI (Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed) Project Manager for a major data centre construction project in Finland. The role leads the delivery, coordination, engineering, planning, installation, scheduling, quality, and commissioning support for client-supplied electrical equipment, while serving as the interface among the client, project stakeholders, and OFCI vendors. The position requires at least 8 years of experience with an M&E contractor, an electrical engineering qualification or equivalent, large-scale project experience, engineering systems software proficiency, and strong negotiation, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
