Description

Westgate Resorts is seeking an Off Property Consultant (OPC) to join their Marketing Team in Williamsburg. The OPC will be responsible for promoting Westgate Resorts by offering discounted theme park and attraction tickets, booking room nights, selling attraction tickets, and providing concierge services. The role requires persuading potential clients, engaging with guests, providing 5-star customer service, utilizing a consultative approach for sales, handling POS transactions, maintaining a professional appearance, and staying updated on promotions. The position offers opportunities to work at off-site events and conventions.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Previous Experiences: One to three months related experience and/or training

Positive, Self Motivated, and able to work in a team environment
Excellent face to face customer service skills
