Description
Wabtec is hiring an Assembly 1 employee for its Grove City diesel locomotive engine manufacturing facility. The role involves disassembling and assembling engines, components, and accessories; painting assemblies; operating hydraulic, hand, air, and cutting tools; handling and inspecting parts; recording quality data; and performing maintenance and housekeeping. Candidates must be at least 18, have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent, or at least eight years of experience, and be able to work second or third shift, scheduled overtime, and occasional weekends. The position pays $28.25 per hour plus a shift differential for off-shifts and includes health, welfare, and retirement benefits.
