Description
The Industrial Controls and Electrical Systems Technician provides end-to-end troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair, and optimization of industrial electrical and automation systems. The role supports PLC-based controls, HMIs, drives, instrumentation, sensors, robotics, and automated equipment; performs root-cause analysis and functional testing; trains maintenance teams; and leads or supports reliability and improvement projects. It requires 3–5 years of industrial controls experience or equivalent trade education, strong safety and technical communication skills, and the ability to work in a cold, damp facility environment.
