Description
RCHDC is hiring an Off Site Maintenance Technician to maintain buildings, grounds, landscaping, sprinkler systems, and other property assets. The role performs routine inspections, repairs, replacements, cleaning, safety reporting, inventory control, work-order documentation, and rehabilitation work; it requires independent decision-making, building and landscaping maintenance experience, physical ability, organization, and a valid California driver’s license. The position pays $19.50–$24.50 per hour and runs Monday through Friday for 40 hours per week, with paid leave, health, dental, vision, life, accident, and retirement benefits.
