Description
Coinbase is hiring an Offensive Security Engineer on its Application Security team to develop and deploy AI-augmented security scanners, lead red teaming of internal AI systems, automate vulnerability triage and remediation, partner with engineering teams on vulnerability fixes, and mentor junior security engineers. The role requires at least three years of application security, penetration testing, or offensive security experience, hands-on LLM or frontier-model experience, AI red-teaming expertise, vulnerability knowledge, and proficiency in a programming language such as Python or Go. The position is remote-first with quarterly in-person sessions and offers a CAD 154,000 annual base salary plus potential equity, bonus, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
