FreshMinds is hiring an Offensive Security Engineer to analyze IT landscapes, conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, design secure network and system architectures, implement security controls, and develop detection and response mechanisms. The role covers threat analysis, malware and APT mitigation, compliance advice, and incident response, with the engineer choosing projects suited to their specialization. The position offers a permanent contract, project selection, training, and an average gross monthly rate of €8,000–€10,000.
