Description
The Offensive Security Engineer/Lead will lead enterprise-wide adversarial simulation, penetration testing, and vulnerability research programs; design and execute red team campaigns; map activities to MITRE ATT&CK and the Lockheed Martin Cyber Kill Chain; collaborate with Blue Team on purple teaming; exploit vulnerabilities across network, cloud, and application environments; and develop offensive security tooling. The role requires 8+ years of offensive security, ethical hacking, or penetration testing experience, including at least 2 years leading a red team or offensive security function, along with advanced offensive security certifications, strong scripting and exploitation skills, and cloud security expertise.
