G-Research is hiring an Offensive Security Manager to build and lead its offensive security capability from the ground up in London. The role owns penetration testing and offensive assurance across high-priority systems, with responsibilities spanning team leadership, testing programme management, attack-chain validation, continuous purple teaming, automation, and collaboration with engineering, risk, and incident response teams. The position requires strong hands-on offensive security experience across networks, web, APIs, cloud, infrastructure, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and identity systems, plus leadership, communication, and influence skills.
