Description
The Offensive Security Manager (Red Team) leads Citizens Bank’s enterprise red team program, including adversary emulation, threat-informed testing, AI-enabled attack simulations, and purple team engagements. The role manages and develops offensive security professionals, partners with cybersecurity, technology, risk, legal, and other teams, defines testing standards and metrics, and translates findings into risk mitigation recommendations. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 8 years of progressive cybersecurity experience including 5 years in offensive security, and 3+ years of people leadership experience. The position offers a salary of $170,000 to $230,000 per year plus a discretionary bonus, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, flexible work, education reimbursement, and wellness benefits.
