Hekatron is seeking an Offer Processing – Project Planning professional to prepare cost-effective proposals for fire alarm and voice evacuation systems, support sales in calculating fire protection solutions, analyze tenders, develop technical and commercial solutions, conduct feasibility checks, and collaborate with internal and external sales teams. The role also involves creating and optimizing proposals using modern AI tools and requires a commercial or technical qualification, several years of proposal-preparation experience, technical and commercial understanding, initial AI-tool experience, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
