Description
The Office Coordinator, Center for Digital Learning provides administrative support for instructional design and online education projects. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings and training sessions, managing project timelines, coordinating workshops and events, maintaining project records and resource libraries, supporting procurement and budgeting, assisting with onboarding, providing basic technology support, collecting and organizing data, and communicating with faculty and staff. The role requires an associate's degree and one year of office administrative experience, offers remote or hybrid work with three days on-site at the West LA campus and two days remote, and pays $23.07–$25.48 per hour.
