Description
salesUp is seeking an Office Lead to independently operate and grow a Face2Face fundraising and sales hub in Ghent, Leuven, or Antwerp, Belgium. The role owns daily field and office operations, leads and coaches student fundraisers and sales coaches, monitors client performance and lead quality, plans staffing and locations, supports student recruitment and onboarding, develops team members, protects team culture, and reports performance and strategic growth plans to the Business Unit Manager.
