The Space Planner coordinates and allocates office space across locations, develops long-range space plans, recommends standards and furnishings, and liaises with owners of rented space on alterations, leasehold improvements, occupancy, and lease terms. The role requires AutoCAD or Revit experience, space-planning or occupancy-planning experience, and proficiency with space-management tools; a bachelor’s degree, Tririga proficiency, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and Top-Secret clearance eligibility are desired.
