Description
The Office Supervisor manages order processing, customer service, accounting, reporting, scheduling, and administrative operations for a distribution center or office workspace. The role supervises and trains associates, coordinates with client representatives, conducts performance reviews, and maintains office discipline and efficiency. It requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent and at least three years of administrative or supervisory experience; an associate’s degree in a related field is preferred. The schedule is Sunday-Thursday, 9am-7pm, with a national salary range of $60,000-$72,000 and higher ranges for California and Washington.
