Description
The Office Support to the Civil Division receives and processes legal documents such as complaints, summons, writs, subpoenas, protection from abuse orders, and domestic relations filings; reports service details to courts, law firms, and other parties; calculates costs payable to the Sheriff; maintains the Jail List; assists with Sheriff’s Sale documents; and supports public inquiries. The role requires a high school diploma, basic clerical and computer skills, knowledge of county government law, and physical presence in the office, with civil or criminal judicial experience preferred.
