World Vision Niger is hiring a local, fixed-term RAM Program Officer to support resource acquisition through donor intelligence, research, evidence generation, proposal development, grant management, knowledge management, and donor engagement. The role coordinates proposals and budgets, develops theories of change and performance frameworks, maintains grant and donor databases, prepares donor reports and presentations, and supports consortium and partner development. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, have at least five years of progressive experience in resource acquisition or related NGO activities, and demonstrate experience with major donors and successful funding applications.
