Alpine Bank is hiring an Officer Trainee for a one-year on-site training program designed to prepare participants for a Bank Lending Officer or similar role. The trainee will work teller transactions, open new accounts, complete back-office and compliance training, travel to Grand Junction and the Loan Operations center, and learn lending functions. Promotion to a banking officer is contingent on successful completion of all program phases. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, a Colorado driver’s license, an NMLS license, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to travel and relocate if necessary. Starting pay is $60,100 to $68,200 per year, depending on experience, and the position was anticipated to close on October 9, 2026, or until filled.
