Quad is hiring an experienced Web Offset Press Operator (First Press) in Hartford, Wisconsin. The role operates and maintains advanced web offset printing equipment, leads press crews, performs setups and maintenance, troubleshoots press and related equipment, monitors print quality, and supports safety, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement. The position offers a 12-hour rotating schedule, full-time pay and benefits, and paid relocation assistance for qualified candidates relocating from more than 100 miles away.
