The Offset Plate Maker will oversee the plate-making process from digital imposition through press-ready plate production, including equipment maintenance, material handling, troubleshooting, quality inspection, and job tracking. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer and mechanical skills, knowledge of press layouts, and the ability to work variable shifts and overtime; no prior experience is required.
