Description
The Offset Press Operator will set up, operate, and maintain multicolor sheetfed offset presses in a commercial printing environment. Responsibilities include interpreting job tickets, performing make-readies, monitoring print quality and registration, controlling color with densitometers or spectrophotometers, inspecting and correcting defects, coordinating with prepress and quality teams, completing production documentation, performing routine press maintenance, and following safety and housekeeping practices. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of sheetfed offset press experience, and the ability to work assigned shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.
