Quad is hiring an entry-level, trainable Second Shift Offset Sheetfed Platemaker at its Franklin, Wisconsin plant. The role oversees the plate-making process, including generating impositions, building CTP layouts, creating plates, troubleshooting equipment, inspecting quality, staging plate-room supplies, maintaining artwork records, and supporting press production. The position pays $17.50 to $24.00 per hour, with a $3.00 premium for the second shift, and requires basic computer knowledge, strong math and communication skills, troubleshooting ability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
