Description
Intertek is hiring a Zero Hours Offshore Chemist to provide flexible, ad hoc field service across offshore and onshore client locations. The role involves mobilisation, planning, sampling, analysis, sample preservation, project documentation, equipment and calibration maintenance, client-site representation, QHSE compliance, risk management, and operational support between assignments. Candidates need a degree or HNC in Chemical Sciences or equivalent offshore chemistry experience, laboratory testing experience, analytical and reporting skills, and knowledge of oil-in-water, pressurised, and fiscal analysis; offshore survival, MIST, OEUK medical, and IOSH qualifications are desirable.
