Description
Gulf Island is hiring a full-time Offshore Combo Fitter in Broussard, Louisiana to perform iron fabrication and structural/pipe fitting work on offshore Gulf of America projects. The role involves reading blueprints and engineering drawings, measuring and installing pipe, plate, beams, and equipment, performing calculations and fit-up/rework tasks, and working outdoors in challenging industrial conditions. Candidates need at least 5 years of relevant experience, the ability to pass pipefitter or structural tests, a TWIC card, and must already be authorized to work in the United States; Gulf Island does not sponsor work visas.
