Description
Provides drilling expertise and leadership for offshore rig operations, ensuring drilling and well programs are executed according to contract and operator instructions. The role coordinates daily with offshore leadership, onshore representatives, and support staff, and is responsible for safe, efficient, environmentally responsible operations, maintenance program implementation, budget control, compliance, training, and crew development across assigned assets and regional drilling units.
