Description
The Senior Tool Pusher or OIM leads drilling, marine, maintenance, emergency response, rig moves, client relations, reporting, and crew development onboard a drilling rig. The role supervises department heads, approves drilling programs and equipment use, coordinates rig positioning and mooring, manages emergencies and safety drills, maintains records, and supports the catering and accommodation teams. It requires a high school or vocational/technical qualification, at least 15 years of drilling and workover experience including Driller, Day Tool Pusher, and Night Tool Pusher roles, at least two years as a Senior Tool Pusher or OIM, fluent English, Microsoft Office proficiency, and valid Well Control and MODU OIM certifications.
