Description
The role leads and supervises suppliers through offshore pipeline planning, installation, and pre-commissioning; coordinates institutions, suppliers, and internal specialist departments; develops technical standards and project-specific documentation; prepares tender documents and supports award decisions, cost and outcome control, change-order negotiations, audits, compliance, and HSE requirements. The position requires a technical degree, preferably in mechanical engineering, practical experience, strong German and English skills, and the flexibility to work on international offshore projects.
