Description
The Field Service Technician performs on-site and offshore customer visits to diagnose, repair, and service automated valves, pneumatic actuators, relief valves, PVSVs, flame arrestors, and related oil and gas equipment. The role includes safety analysis, customer communication, documentation, training and mentoring, and compliance with OSHA and company standards. It requires a high school diploma, at least two years of automated valve repair experience, independent field-work ability, MS Office proficiency, and travel of up to 15% of the time. The position is physically demanding, may require on-call and weekend work, and has no supervisory responsibilities.
