Description
Royal Ocean Marine is seeking an Offshore Technical Manager to oversee the technical operations and maintenance of an offshore fleet. The role manages vessel operations, ensures compliance with maritime safety and environmental regulations, develops maintenance strategies, supervises engineering and technical teams, monitors vessel performance, and coordinates dry-dockings, repairs, upgrades, documentation, and cross-departmental communication. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in marine engineering, naval architecture, or a related field, at least seven years of offshore technical management experience, and willingness to travel offshore as required.
