ScottishPower is hiring an OFTO Transaction Manager in Glasgow to manage the commercial aspects of the UK offshore wind OFTO divestment process. The role oversees due diligence, information requests, cost allocation, stakeholder relationships, transaction workstreams, regulatory and commercial risk, and lessons learned, while coordinating with internal teams, external advisers, Ofgem, bidders, and other counterparties. The position offers a salary from £59,200, up to a 15% bonus, health cover, and flexible working, with frequent travel to locations in the UK.
