John W. Danforth Company is hiring experienced mechanical construction and operations leaders in Columbus, Ohio. The Regional Vice President of Operations will lead Ohio operations, drive financial performance and regional growth, develop leadership talent, and maintain safety, quality, and client relationships. The Project Executive will oversee a portfolio of projects, manage financial and operational performance, develop project leadership, and support business development. The Senior Project Manager will lead large or complex mechanical projects, manage project financials and forecasting, supervise Project Managers, and support safety and operational excellence. The Project Manager will manage project schedules, budgets, resources, subcontractors, vendors, client communication, safety compliance, and team development. All roles require a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with varying levels of project management, P&L, leadership, and union-experience requirements.
