Description
The Support Coordinator conducts quarterly and annual participant visits, monitors needs, coordinates meetings and services, responds to participant changes, supports emergency situations, and completes required training and supervision. The role requires a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, two years of paid post-degree experience in support coordination, reliable transportation, and field visits; it is a mandated reporter and requires drug testing, background checks, and a driver’s license check. The salary is $33,500–$35,500.
