Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a Shop Manager to lead a service location, recruit and train crew, manage schedules and payroll, control inventory, support financial performance, evaluate employees, and perform oil-change and other light automotive maintenance. The role requires physical shop work, reliable transportation, availability for early hours and up to 55 hours per week, and basic computer skills; experience is valued but not required, with paid training provided. Compensation includes up to $55,000 per year plus bonuses, free oil changes, paid time off for full-time employees, health, vision, and dental insurance, and a 401(k) company match.
