Take 5 Oil Change is hiring full-time Oil Change Team Members/lube technicians. The role provides paid training and requires no prior experience. Team members perform oil changes, replace filters and wiper blades, check fluids and tire pressure, perform coolant exchanges, maintain inventory and shop cleanliness, and provide customer service. The position offers up to $15 per hour plus commissions, flexible full-time schedules, weekly bonuses, same-day wage access, paid time off for full-time employees, and health, vision, and dental insurance. Candidates must be able to perform physical shop duties, work in varying weather, and have reliable transportation.
