Take 5 Oil Change is hiring full-time Oil Change Team Members/lube technicians. No prior experience is required because the company provides training. The role performs oil changes, filter and wiper replacement, tire pressure adjustment, fluid checks, coolant exchanges, inventory restocking, shop cleanliness, and customer service. Candidates must be at least 18 (or 16 in specified states), able to lift up to 50 pounds and work physically in a vehicle service pit and variable weather conditions. The position offers up to $15 per hour with base pay and commissions, weekly bonuses, paid training, flexible full-time schedules, paid time off, health, vision, and dental insurance, free oil changes, and same-day wage access.
