The Oiler assists crane operators with crane setup, maintenance, and accessory equipment; performs rigging and hand-signaling operations; moves and secures loads and equipment; operates trucks; and prepares equipment for the next shift. The role is full-time, non-exempt, scheduled from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with overtime and weekends expected, and is performed primarily at active construction sites and outdoor work environments. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a technical degree, Class A CDL, rigger or signalman certification, AWP/forklift certification, and OSHA 10 are preferred.
