Description
Earth Work Solutions is hiring an experienced Oiler to perform scheduled lubrication and maintenance on heavy earth-moving equipment at construction sites. The role operates a fuel and lube truck, inspects equipment, maintains lubrication and fluid records, handles hazardous materials, assists with minor repairs, and follows safety procedures. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of heavy equipment maintenance or lubrication experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain PEC/SafeLand, First Aid/CPR, H2S, and MSHA training. The position is field-based, typically involves 10–12-hour Monday-through-Friday shifts, and may require overtime, weekend work, and travel to project sites in Gillette and surrounding areas.
