Oliver Wyman is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with client teams and lead end-to-end delivery of AI solutions in live production environments. The role involves translating business workflows into AI systems, setting technical direction, establishing integrations, access, hosting, and security foundations, proving value at small scale, and mentoring other engineers. Candidates should have strong programming and system-design skills, recent Python experience, substantial production experience with LLMs and agentic workflows, and an undergraduate degree in a relevant field; the role is hybrid with at least three days per week in the office or onsite with clients.
