Zhone Technologies is hiring Embedded Software Engineers at Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior levels to develop and maintain embedded software for access network equipment such as DSLAMs, GPON, and fiber access nodes. Responsibilities include C/C++ development, standards-based network management integration, testing, CI/CD, Agile collaboration, and for Senior Engineers, architectural leadership and team mentorship. Requirements vary by level, with Junior candidates needing a relevant degree and C/C++ experience, Mid-Level candidates needing 2–5 years of embedded C/C++ experience, and Senior candidates needing proven leadership on complex telecom projects.
