OMAKAI Hand Roll Bar is hiring Counter Sushi Chefs for its hand roll counter. The role owns station prep and mise en place, hand roll execution, and counter hospitality, including explaining ingredients and answering guest questions while maintaining quality, speed, and food safety. Candidates need at least one year of restaurant experience or a strong willingness to learn, along with knife skills, menu knowledge, communication, reliability, and U.S. work authorization.
