Description
The OMS Coordinator will coordinate international air and maritime shipments for imports and exports, monitor customer commitments and exceptions, assign carrier contracts, track purchase orders and booking data, verify shipping documentation, coordinate with carriers and origin parties, record operational issues, report extra costs, and ensure customer KPIs and service agreements are met. The role requires at least two years of similar experience, a related foreign-trade education or equivalent experience, intermediate English, MS Office proficiency, and knowledge of customs legislation and cargo transportation processes.
