Description
The OMS Engineer (Continuous Improvement Engineer) will implement and deploy SmartReM’s smartProductivity suite across assigned sites, including performance tracking, resource planning, data analytics, system integrations, process analysis, KPI development, and coaching of local management and continuous-improvement teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or economics or a master’s in supply chain, at least three years of continuous-improvement experience in manufacturing or supply chain, strong data-analysis and process-analysis skills, English proficiency, and expertise in Excel and Power BI. The salary package is €35,000–€45,000.
